Ministry Theme: To outreach, there must be “in reach.”  In-reach is the discovery of the love of GOD in the lives of the people to be a better fit for the carrying out of the gospel with a “burning desire” to reach those who are lost.

Ministry Mission: We have adopted two areas:  (1) The Lorene Lodge and (2) The Atlanta Road Trailer Park.

Food Donations:  We give out sack lunches and hot, home-cooked meals (during the holiday season).

Clothes Donations:  We give out toiletries, socks, t-shirts, and other articles of clothing.

Ministry Scripture:  Matthew 25:35-36 (NIV)

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.  I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

Freed to be Fruitful

(History of the Women’s Ministry of New Commandment Ministries)

Foundation:  Our Women’s Ministry was founded in 2005. We had our 1st Women’s Day Program in 2007. Since then, we have had 11 programs. We celebrated our 13th anniversary in September 2018.

Pastor Sammy Williams-McCray

Ministry Theme:  The theme for our ministry is, Freed To Be Fruitful!!! We have all been freed from some bondage in our life. We are all now productive women in our church, homes, community, and jobs. We stand as strong, powerful women of God, full of Power and Word.

Ministry Theme Song:  Our theme song is, I Need You To Survive…

We need each other in all walks of life. Despite any time-to-time differences or disagreements: we, as sisters in Christ, are here for one another. We reach out to those who are hurting and share our experience on how God has freed us to be fruitful. We carry this message to others in every capacity of our everyday lives.

Ministry Scripture:  St. Luke 8:2, which reads, “…and certain women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities ~ Mary called Magdalene, out of whom had come seven demons…” (NKJV). We have all been bound by trauma, horrific events, and plagued with the wreckage of past life experiences. But, today,

We’re Free!!!

Ministry Meetings: We meet every 2nd Saturday of the month. We have brunch together and share our weekly activities with one another. We read and discuss scriptures about women of the Bible and how we can relate to them.
